- U.S. based newly formed spin-out company, TiltBio Inc, set up for driving the late-stage development of TILT-123, with its Finnish subsidiary Litagene Oy for holding existing TILT-123 IPR and CMC. With the Phase II -ready asset, TiltBio’s pipeline focuses in front-line treatment of head and neck cancers (R/M HNSCC). TiltBio Inc is raising $35M+ first U.S. institutional round to fund TILT-123 program through Phase II readout.
- Europe based Kaira Therapeutics Oy, set up for R&D of discovery and preclinical stage pipeline assets.
Funding
TILT Biotherapeutics was formed in 2013 and has secured more than 70 M€ of funding (about 75% from equity and the rest in non-dilutive funding) from investors that include:
