Julie Waras Brogren is a seasoned life science executive with more than 25 years of experience in C-level leadership, global management, and board roles. She brings deep expertise across drugs, diagnostics, medical devices, and digital health, with a strong focus on oncology, radiology, metabolic diseases, and orphan indications.

Julie has a proven track record in scaling organizations, leading strategic transformations, and building high-performing teams grounded in trust, integrity, and courage. She has successfully led fundraising efforts and has extensive experience with product, clinical and regulatory strategies and approvals with the FDA and EMA. Her background includes taking both devices and drugs from development through regulatory approval and global commercial launch.

Julie’s strategic, operational, and commercial expertise makes her a valuable addition to TILT Biotherapeutics’ Board of Directors as the company advances its innovative cancer immunotherapy programs.
