Mikko is an experienced serial entrepreneur and corporate finance expert with a strong background in investment banking and biotechnology. He has since been actively involved as a founder and chairman in multiple life science companies in Finland and the United States in the oncology space including Glykos Finland (ADC technologies), Neutron Therapeutics (radiation oncology), and Rappta Therapeutics (phosphatase-targeting drugs). With nearly 30 years of experience, Mannerkoski has helped build and execute value creation strategies in mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he advised major corporations and private equity investors at one of the leading corporate finance houses in Northern Europe. Mikko brings to TILT board expertise in company building, fundraising, and the commercialization of biotechnological innovations.
