Henrik Roosvall

Henrik Roosvall is responsible for corporate governance, financial reporting, and budgeting at TILT Biotherapeutics Oy. He supports the operational team with financial expertise, manages the external accounting firm, and oversees interactions with auditors.
Since joining the company in 2022, he has developed strong expertise in finance, grant and loan reporting, and corporate governance. He has also played a key role in the company’s Series A and B financing rounds, supporting shareholder and investor relations as well as governance processes.
He studied finance at Uppsala University and is currently completing his Master’s degree at Turku School of Economics.
